Research and Chemistry Building
We are excited to announce our role in the development and construction of NDSU’s new science hall. Last January, the State Board of Higher Education approved funding to replace an outdated building known as Dunbar Hall. Dunbar Hall currently houses the school’s chemistry and biochemistry labs, however, it has been deemed “hazardous” and no longer meets fire safety codes. Construction is said to begin in April 2020 on this $51.2 million dollar project. We will be working alongside Kraus Anderson, Zerr Berg Architects, and BWBR to complete this project. The new 106,000 square-foot science hall and research building will feature laboratory casework, fume hoods, adaptable furniture systems, and other equipment.
